    Designed for Managers

    In this 3 hour module, delegates will:

    • Learn how to understand the world of neurodiversity from a management perspective.

    • Gain insight into why it’s important to manage all employees with empathy & to appreciate the benefits of a diverse workforce.

    • Put themselves in the shoes of a neurodiverse employee, reflect on & adapt their leadership style to manage individuals appropriately and within the law.
