Successful Team Development Case Study

Air IT sought the assistance of ProAction HR to help them organise a team development event for their newly established management team.

Being a newly formed team, it was crucial for them to have an engaging and meaningful event that would foster teamwork, establish a shared understanding, and outline their plans for the future of Air IT.

Chief Operating Officer for Air IT, James Healey summarises:

“From the beginning, I made it clear that I wanted to actively participate in the event rather than solely facilitate it, as I believed it was important to be seen as part of the team. After discussing our requirements with Martin, he promptly presented a proposed agenda that demonstrated a greater understanding of our needs.

Leading up to the event, Martin assured us that all the planning was taken care of, and our only responsibility was to attend. I had assumed we would have a more active role in organising the event, but to my delight, Martin had it covered.

The event spanned two full days and was packed with valuable content. We delved into strategy, planning, psychometric testing, and team-building exercises. Martin effectively kept the team engaged and energised throughout the event. The content was original, and despite having attended similar events in the past, we never felt like it was repetitive. Martin challenged us and ensured we made the most of our time together.

We left the event with everything we had hoped for and more. Our team was enthusiastic and united, equipped with a clear sense of purpose and a shared goal for success. Martin's expertise and understanding of our needs made the event a true success.

Furthermore, ProAction HR even recommended the perfect venue for us, The Fish in the Cotswolds, which added to the overall experience.

This event positioned us for success in 2023 and beyond. It was time well spent, and I eagerly anticipate working with ProAction HR on our next event.
