Flexible Outplacement Support

At Times of Change, and Always With Heart

We Want to Help.

At ProAction HR, we are not a system led, tick box programme. We are people who get it, we understand, and provide human to human support.

People are at the heart of what we do and nowhere is this more evident than our flexible Outplacement Programme.

Our Outplacement Programme ensures that each employee who is facing a period of significant change in their life receives human support and compassion. And because we know that everyone is different, and will have different needs, we tailor support to suit each individual. This ethos is based on three phases, firstly emotional grounding, followed by rebuilding direction, enabling individuals to move forward positively to achieving their goals.

Redundancy.

This one single word can immediately conjure up so many different emotions.

If you’re having to discuss this topic with someone, you’re generally going to be feeling uncomfortable, maybe guilty and, without doubt, sympathetic. We can all empathise how the receiving person would be feeling.

  • If you are delivering the message of redundancy, wouldn’t you feel better knowing that you are providing support to those individuals to help them turn this imposed life event into an opportunity?

If you’re on the receiving end of this word, you’re generally going to be feeling a combination of scared and worried. Being told your job is no longer yours can feel as though your world has been turned on its head.

  • When someone learns they are being made redundant, they need an empathetic human being, to talk to, to listen, to understand, and then motivate and coach.
