    Joanne Hobbins

    Joanne, an MSc qualified Occupational Psychologist, specialises in individual differences, neurodiversity, wellbeing, return to work, coaching, resilience, as well as motivation and leadership development. She is a licensed practitioner for three personality profiling tools; Insights Discovery, DiSC and also Myers Briggs Personality Type Inventory.

  • Martin Nicholson ProAction HR Coaching

    Martin Nicholson

    Martin is a CIPD member and has held senior HR roles in his 25-year career. Qualifying in performance coaching with the Oxford School of Coaching & Mentoring (OSCM) in 2003, Martin delivers informal ad-hoc through to full programmes for individuals seeking to develop their careers & make sense of the world in which they work. He now mentors budding talent, and owners & senior managers seeking to make a difference in their business.

    Claire Buckley

    Claire is a Member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation) with a Diploma in Transformational coaching with Animas Centre. With over 20 years’ experience in Australia and the UK, Claire has lead & managed teams, delivering projects & worked at all levels of organisations, in corporate and higher education. She is driven by helping people discover their strengths, gain clarity on goals and increase their confidence.

    Jane Hodgson

    Specialising in leadership and management development, Jane has been a coach for over 10 years. She has coached at all levels, from first-time supervisors to director and C-suite level executives. Whilst Jane is passionate and very serious about learning, she likes to create a relaxed and informal setting, where learners can truly be themselves and feel safe.

    Previously responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of personal, management & leadership development workshops, Julie also delivered a service & cultural values programme to 500 employees and delivered a Senior Management Development Programme. Her passion is designing & delivering development programmes to raise confidence & equip individuals with the skills they need to be successful in their roles.

    Chris Tattersall

    After a long career in Banking and Financial Services, in 2017 Chris took his wealth of international commercial, financial, management and consultancy experience and established himself as a coach and trainer. Working with a range of organisations, from professional services firms to start-ups and charities, his focus is intercultural management, team building, and coaching.
