HR Administrator

Responsible to: HR Consultant

Location: Colden Common, Winchester (predominantly office-based)

Hours: 20-25 hours Monday to Friday   

Salary: £25,000 to £29,000 pro rata, depending on experience

Start date: March 2024

We are a growing Hampshire-based HR Consultancy who support organisations to thrive through the quality and uniqueness of their people.

We are always looking for experienced HR Advisors and Consultants to help support our clients.

With a focus on excellence and innovation, we support organisations with everything to do with their employees; HR Support, Managing Change as well as individual and team Learning & Development, especially leadership, management development and coaching.

We pride ourselves on our expert knowledge, and we care about what we do. We offer professionalism with compassion and are looking for people who can become part of our clients’ team.

Hours are flexible, from a few hours a week upwards. Location can be flexible too, with the opportunity to work from home or from the office, and from client sites when required. We’re happy to consider self-employed or employed basis.
