Management Development Programme Launched
ProAction HR are launching our first Management Development Programme!
If you wish to enhance your own management style or feel that it would be great for new managers or those without any management training within your business, our 5 day programme may be the answer.
The programme consists of 5x 1 Day modules, which will be completed face to face over 5 Fridays in Winchester, spread across 10 weeks.
Our first programme runs Friday, 30th Sept , 14th Oct, 4th and 25th November and 9th December and we have just 12 places available (each day runs 09.15 to 16.45).
Our Management Development programme is split into two parts;
1. Developing Me (focussing on empowering the individual )
2. Developing My People (focussing on being a better manager to the team)
Both are delivered in a way to ultimately improve your bottom line as a manager and a business owner.
