The Worker Protection Act 2023 became law on 26th October 2024. This means that all employers are now legally obliged to show they are taking reasonable actions to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace, and to protect their workers from sexual harassment.

This is a fixed-fee pack, containing the documents and templates needed to implement and communicate necessary policies. In addition to the documents provided in the download, you will have up to half an hour of our time (either over the phone or online) to help you through the process.
