    Learn about the different roles within a team, and where you and your team members strengths lie. Learn how to use the information to work together better as a team and play to each other strengths

  • Building Confidence

    What is it that holds you back from feeling confident? Explore situations where you feel confident, and where you don’t. Reflect on your own experiences, beliefs and values through some exercises, and learn strategies to help you build your confidence in accordance with your own goals

  • Communication Skills

    Take a delve into the different listening techniques, why it is important, and practice REALLY listening. Learn and practice different questioning techniques. Understand the different levels of interference in communication that can effect what is understood, and what we can do to overcome them. Set yourself goals to improve your own effectiveness
