We’re nearly there! We’ve almost made it to the end of 2022.
And what a year it has been. We have some huge achievements to celebrate and to say a BIG thanks to the huge number of people who come together to help achieve business success.
“Small” business may be our label like so many others, but there is nothing small about every achievement, every client, every new customer, every product development, every new staff member acquired, and every objective met by employees.
For EACH and every step forward each small business has taken over the past 12 months, we salute you.
So, although the economic climate has been challenging, and the market forces change faster than the dip in temperature this week, we pull up our socks, add another layer to our repertoire and we adapt. I’m sure most of us are absolutely knackered, done in, and can’t wait to put our feet up and be able to switch off for a few days (as much as you can in households at the festive time of year!).
We will be raising a glass and be very thankful to all the great people (clients, contractors and employees) who we work with. It often feels like a sense of camaraderie these days, partnerships have never felt so special, when we are all in it together.
We will be entering the New Year, aiming to continue in a collaborative way, hopefully facilitating the magic those around us bring to the table, nurturing ideas, adding value by bringing on the talent of others – and always encouraging others to believe in themselves. You have come so far, keep going, keep spreading your own magic.
